THE INTERFACE PANEL The Setback and Interface Panel were designed to allow the equipment in the IsoCool to be accessible without opening the rack doors. It consists of a precut aperture with rack ears. Any connector can be added to the rear door by purchasing a standard rackmountable frame and connector panels from the usual vendors. Ask your salesperson for assistance. The model shown is a Swingdown from Signal Transport. |

IsoCool FLIGHT CASE STANDARDS |
The selection of the IsoCool is based on the following factors: >The degree of heat generated by the equipment mounted in the rack and secondarily the ambient heat present. >The need for airflow around the equipment and the location of the fans and vents on the equipment. The difference between the IsoCool and a standard shockmount rack:
>The thermostatically controlled fans, >The .50" lexan door
This case is designed to absorb shock AND TOTALLY isolate machine noise. |
